It Is easy to get to train stations, there is a lot to explore in the area, most of the Tokyo sights are about 1 hr away so keep that in mind.

チェックイン・アウト時に 鍵を隣のサウナ受付まで取りに行くのが ひと手間ですが、あとはアパートに住んでいるような間隔で自由に使えるので ２泊以上の長期滞在者なら使い勝手が良さそうです。近くに遅くまで空いてる飲食店もあるし、コンビニもあるので食べる物にも困りませんでした。

ホテルというよりも、マンションのワンルーム。 風呂は部屋にもありますが、せっかくなので、温泉を利用。年季が入ってるせいかそこまで綺麗ではない。 近くに飲み屋も多いので、周辺は帰り際の酔っぱらいがうるさかった。

便利快適で「悪くない」

成増駅前の男性専用サウナの受付でチェックイン。 中期の出張などビジネス向けのアパートメントホテルが、サウナの隣棟にあります。 泊まるだけならなんら不自由がなく、池袋至近でこの価格なら悪くないです。 車は4台までしか駐められませんが、近所のコインパーキングも24時間1000円程度とこれまた悪くない。 飲食やコンビニは迷うほどあるし、男性ならサウナも使い放題。 とにかくリーズナブルで「悪くない」(^_-)

劇団バルスキッチンの舞台を連日観る時におすすめ

成増駅北口から近いので、迷子にならないのが嬉しいです。高島平にある劇場バルスで舞台があるときに利用させて頂いてます。高島平駅近くからバスがでているので、交通面も安心。夜は時間確認したほうがいいかもしれないです。

シングルで週末1泊しました。 池袋から東武東上線約10分の駅前にありホテルから2分程で地下鉄成増駅もあってコンビニもすぐ近くとても便利でした。 ホテルと言うよりはワンルームマンションですね。とても清潔でした。 残念だったのが全館禁煙と見てたのに部屋はタバコの匂いで灰皿も置いていました。 チェックアウト時に聞いたらシングルは全室喫煙可能ツインルームは禁煙との事。 便利で安いから次回は一人でも禁煙のツインルームかな。

舞台を観た後に、チェックインするので、22時頃になりそうで、事前に連絡したら、24時間対応だから、気にしなくて大丈夫です。と言われて安心しました。 バス停から少し歩きましたが、ホテルの名前が見えていたから、迷わずに着きました。また舞台観る時は、宜しくお願いします。

初めての成増

キャンペーン中で安く泊まることができました。 車でホテルまで向かいました。成増駅前は一方通行になっていたり、歩行者優先時間帯があり、道も狭く、到着まで少々時間がかかってしまいました。結局、周辺のコインパーキングに停めてから、徒歩で探しました。ホテル駐車場は敷地内（建物1階部分）にありましたが、平らではなく少し傾斜していたこと、車高（ミニバン）が心配でしたので、結局お天気もよかったこともあり、ホテルから徒歩数分のコインパーキングを利用することにしました。 フロントは隣のサウナの建物にあり、チェックイン・チェックアウトはとてもスムーズでした。室内はきれいに清掃されていました。個人的にはベッドマットがもう少し固めが良かったです。他の方の口コミにもあるように、他の部屋のシャワー利用時の音が響いていて、電車の音よりも気になる感じでした。常時うるさいわけではありません。 ミニキッチン（簡単な調理器具もありました）があるワンルームタイプの部屋で、１階にはコインランドリーもあるので、長期滞在や簡単な自炊もでき、利用価値は高いと思います。
