The room is quite spacious as a Tokyo standard. The woody design gives a cozy atmosphere and the entire hotel is very clean. The staff are all friendly and have smile all the time. There are not many rooms in this boutique hotel, so really need to reserve in advance.

Quiet local area

We stayed for 2 nights and our back bags fitted in the room. Our bodies ( height175cm and 185cm) had some challenge in the bathroom though. The room was quiet. Bed is softer than tatami but harder than Western bed. Hotel has a bit damp smell, at least in the rainy season. Hotel is decorated beautifully and toiletries are provided. Area surrounding it is convenient to attractions yet bordering local life should you need a break from tourists. Would recommend for a short stay and for short people.
