Located at the far end of Adachi city, a couple of steps to Saitama prefecture and the Kenai river, and about a 10 min walk from Yatsuka station in Saitama. If you brisk walk, you could probably get to the station in about 7-8 mins. Hotel reception was warm and friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!

It is a good option for traveling with friends or with your couple, if you are traveling with family you should take another option, the hotel seems in the past was a love hotel, also to get the metro it takes up to 15 minutes walking. for those reasons if you will travel with family you should try another option
I'm satisfied. I'm willing to revisit. The building is rather old, but it has its own charm. The receptionist is very friendly and responds to foreigners by using a real-time translation application. Breakfast is served every day and it is also a big plus. It's also good that the building next door is a convenience store. Of course, there are some flaws, but the cheap price forgives all of them.
Reasonably priced hotel in Tokyo. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Nice breakfast. There's a 7/11 just next to the hotel that you can use if you need to get anything.
Walkable from Yatsuka station.
Definitely worth the price. The hotel is a little run down but is pretty clean. The bath was huge and the bed was fairly comfortable and not squeaky at all. The staff was very friendly and respectful. Highly recommended for anyone who doesn’t want to spend too much on a room in Tokyo.
Room space is fairly big comparing with other Japanese hotel. The place is quiet.
The utility is bit old. The air conditioner is lack of cleaning, the wind outlet has visible sign of mold
Getting to check in desk was complicated but I don't read japanese so I don't know if signs were helpful. The main lobby stunk and looked extremely dirty. Was told that we had to leave our room key when left our room. The worst part was the amount of black mold that was in our room. The whole building should be condemned. I couldn't breathe nor sleep because of it. Called hotels.com to hopefully get a refund due the black mold after canceling the rest of our stay. The hotel refused to refund us. Hotels.com should remove this hotel from their site.
