"Amazing stay and easy communication via Hotels.com booking site! We got dropped off at the wrong location by our taxi and ended up pushing our giant tourist suitcases up the hill! We were greeted by cheery staff who had come down to find and help us! Not only that but as soon as we came in we were assisted right away in cooling down and our stuff was taken right to our room. Our entire stay was so wonderful in a large part due to the kindness of the staff. The rooms, bath, and meals were top tier. We almost cried from gratitude on the way out! Please be encouraged to stay!"

"We got here because our friends recommended. The place is beautiful and high end! The staff was beyond helpful and nice. It was my first time experiencing an Onsen and it felt amazing, now I’m hooked! Food was delicious! Don’t think twice, it’s worth it and I’ll refer it to all my friends and family 😊"

"This is a love hotel near Osaka Airport. The beds are a bit hard, and I'm not sure if there's a way to change it, but the TV plays Jingle Bell Rock on an endless loop if you're on the home screen. The massage chair was great for winding down after a long trip."

"This is a love hotel, and you should be aware of that going into this experience. Staff is friendly, but not used to a lot of interaction with guests. Room was clean. Overnight stays get breakfast delivered to the room in the morning. Lots of free video-on-demand options, and not all of them xxx. In room amenities very good. Figured it out the lights was confusing as it's a series of buttons by the phone."

"Once again the staff of this hotel were excellent.they helped me greatly and we're very friendly. I cannot fault the hotel it's lovely and very busy. My wife and I enjoyed having tea and cake in the sakura lounge very much. My room was as good as ever. I am very disappointed it is closing. I think this is a big mistake for the area and for the regular customers and staff"

"The rooms were clean. The staff were helpful. The yukatas for the onsen are on the first floor, there is room service and drink service until 12:00am. The options can be quite limited and pricey but I suggest is order delivery service and get something you’d want. The nearest restaurant is about 10-15 min walk up hill. Karaoke room is quite expensive for 1 hour. The view that we received of the foliage was amazing. The onsen itself was 7/10, it’s not like the onsen you get in Hokkaido but it’s still nice. Overall would stay here again, if other ryokans are full."
