「We stayed here for 3 nights. The location is fantastic. It's just a few minutes walk away from Istaklal St and Taksim Square. There are lots of transportation options near by. 「The room itself is nicely decorated. The hotel is located in the heart of taksim. Yet there’s many pubs nearby which make it quite dirty and noisy at night. Staff is not quite helpful. We asked one if the staff to make a reservation for a table of a restaurant but they never get back to us. On the day we left we asked the staff to book a taxi to the airport. At first the staff said the Taxi will arrive in 10-20mins. After 30 mins they said the Taxi is not coming and asked us to get the...

「The staff was very nice and helpful. They suggested a good restaurant, provided water, and helped me preorder a fixed price taxi for the airport for my return trip. My room was upgraded and I am afraid that's what ruined it, because the noise ik the evening was insane. There's a Club nearby apparently facing the room I got. It started at 9 in the evening and and blasted untill morning, even on Thursday night. This made it impossible to relax in the room, no matter if it was upgraded or not. I...
