The staff were very helpful,I also liked the fact that it was close to the metro so it was easy getting around. A couple of bars near by so a little noisy late at night but it wasn’t terrible.

Nice and clean stay, spacious room, great options in the breakfast buffet. And the area isn’t as noisy as many people think, inspite of the numerous hotels & bars and crowds around. Taksim square, Istiklal street, both are just a short walk from the hotel. The staff are really very cooperative and professional. We reached the hotel in ther early morning, and the people in the reception were kind enough to offer breakfast for that day, allowed us to freshen up in the staff toilet, and also provided the room to us within an hour, with no extra fees.

The reception guys were AMAZING!!! In all my years in Travel, the check-in procedures and quality of your reception staff were EXCEPTIONAL and some of the best I've ever experienced, truly!!! Please don't offer your guests the Le Vapeur Bosphorus Dinner Cruise, they are not a good option in terms of operations and service, but we thank you for the compensation afterwards <3

We stayed at Taxim Lounge Hotel in Istanbul from January 4th to 9th, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. One of the biggest issues was the unbearable stench coming from the toilet and bathroom. Despite raising our concerns with the staff, nothing was done to resolve the issue. Every night, we covered the shower drain, sink hole, with wet towel and tightly closed the bathroom door, but the strong odor persisted, filling the entire room. It made our stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. To make matters worse, there was no internet for three days due to road or building construction outside. While we understand external factors can cause disruptions, it was incredibly inconvenient, and no alternative solutions were offered by the hotel. The room itself was outdated and in dire need of maintenance. The doorknob was loose and falling apart, and the wooden door and bed were chipping. Overall, the room’s condition did not meet basic expectations, making the stay even more frustrating. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and approachable. However, their kindness could not make up for the issues we encountered during our stay. We would not recommend Taxim Lounge Hotel unless significant improvements are made to the facilities and overall upkeep.

The property was very nice and clean. The front staff offered to setup ground transport from airport to hotel, which was nice after a 12 hour flight. Hotel staff was always friendly, the room was very clean along with the bathroom. I really enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Hotel was also in a great location as well. Enjoyed my stay
