"Incredible beach and ocean views. From the lobby entrance to the ocean view from the bathroom, the observation tower, and the temple, every where your eyes glance, you’d be mesmerised. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. We had travel distribution and they were constantly in touch and helped us every step of the way. You can greeted with a gong when you arrive and the staff are the personification of excellent hospitality. Cleaners are super cool, they clean the room 2x every day!!, and leave you kind notes. Breakfast was spectacular with 3 different stations continental, Indonesian, Chinese food. Excellent choice of ~4 restaurants, each with separate specialties like tables on the beach, Balinese barbecue and show, and infinite pool. You really need more than 4 days to do everything that you can do at the hotel, including water sports in the pool, instagram spots, slides, massages, gym, tennis, etc. Love this hotel and already want to come back."

"They upgraded the room which was plus as it was close to beach. Staff is pleasant and helpful Indian vegetarian breakfast available at Ganesha restaurant. Inside Nusa dua itdc secure zone with private beach. Definitely worth it Well maintained garden and beach front. Do note that the property looks slightly dated but overall no complaints"

"We spent five nights at Samabe Nusa Dua and it was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff are genuinely warm, gracious and incredibly attentive, with a wonderful understanding of Balinese culture and hospitality. They were always a step ahead, anticipating what we needed without ever being intrusive. It is the kind of service that feels effortless, but clearly comes from an exceptionally well-trained and genuinely caring team. And then there are the views. The views are simply incredible. The resort’s position above the ocean is spectacular, with beautiful uninterrupted views and access to one of the best beaches we have experienced in Indonesia. The beach is exceptionally clean and, importantly, feels far less affected by the extreme tides and pollution that can affect other parts of Indonesia. There are also plenty of loungers around both the pool and beach, so everything feels relaxed and uncrowded.The food was excellent, particularly breakfast, and we loved the inclusion of non-alcoholic drinks. These thoughtful details make the all-inclusive experience feel genuinely luxurious and completely effortless.What we didn’t appreciate until we left was quite how high Samabe had set the bar.We checked into another hotel afterwards, and unfortunately the contrast was stark. After the experience at Samabe, the other hotel simply did not come close. So we went back…"

"The staff was extremely nice and helped pick local foods for us to try from gojek(food ordering service app), the breakfast was great and has good portions. They even offered bug spray for all the mosquitoes. Room was super tidy, House keeping upon request. I recommend leaving at front desk (in case you have too much fun and lose the key)"
