「We had an excellent experience. The staff provided outstanding service and went above and beyond to make my parents' anniversary feel truly special by beautifully decorating the room. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and approachable, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The only disappointment was that the steam room was not working during our visit, which was a shame as we had been looking forward to using it. Aside from that, we had a wonderful experience and really appreciated the care...

「First night arrived in London, finding my way to Canary Wharf. Couldn't believe how beautiful and comfy the hotel is (compared to the one I slept in Venice, Italy).
Great services, both attitude of the receptionists and service of breakfast. You should have breakfast at the hotel. It is comfy and relaxing!」

「The hotel was very poorly staffed throughout our stay. 75%+ of tables had dirty glasses / empty bottles that needed clearing. All draught options were off at the bar and we were charged 20% service for opening 2 bottles of beer. The spa was ok but very tired. The changing rooms had a lot of broken plastic worksurfaces. The pool itself was ok but had clearly had a rushed refurbishment with a poorly fitting pool liner. It all felt quite claustrophobic. The jacuzzi was way over-chlorined...
