「Horrible! Lost power the one night - they didn’t know why. No storms. It was just the one block. The staff ( one person) was not helpful at all. Horrible customer service. I was there for work, WiFi didn’t work. Never recommend this place. No apologies about the loss of power, wasn’t willing to do partial refund. I’m going to dispute my credit card. 」

「I have no complaints . Staff friendly. Very clean.. breakfast options are ok. Coffee was good. Close to downtown greenville. I parked at the richard parking lot and it was free. Stayed 4 days. Have to ask for housekeeping as it is not automatic. Overall good stay. 」
