「The hotel was conveniently located. Breakfast was nice and the staff was super friendly and helpful.」

「Expensive without any significant amenities such as complimentary breakfast nor parking. Rooms small and housekeeping at my location was not good. Had to call and chase down room attendant every day of my 3 night stay. Room coffee maker was sub par as were the bath towels which were flimsy. I, personally, expected much better from the Marriott brand. Rooms were also noisy from slamming doors, even heard next room’s TV.」

「Can’t even begin to say what a horrible experience this hotel was. Our room safety lock on door was broken - hallways were dimly lit, the staff was very unhelpful. When we tested the door lock they sent a janitor to “unlock” the door with a screwdriver. The pool was dirty, hot tub was not working, the ice machine looked like it had some sort of nasty leakage. The list goes on. We cancelled our reservation after being denied another room and left. They said Expedia would issue the refund. Expedia...

「The room was well sized for a handicapped person. However, the shower was confusing because it was impossible to turn off the overhead shower and only use the handheld resulting in water going everywhere. The toilet was far too low for a wheelchair individual. The handicapped bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. Otherwise, everything was excellent and what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express which is where we always stay when traveling.」

「The hotel and room were lovely. The room was spacious and clean; big walk in shower and decent sized shower room. Very convenient position for getting into Falls Park and various local restaurants. The only criticism would be, the breakfast choice was very limited if you like a cooked breakfast, and the sausage “patties” were not edible. If cereals and waffles are your preference, you’ll be fine!」
