"I had a not so well check in with one of the staff. He provided me twice with the wrong room and caught an attitude and have the audacity to tell me he gave me an upgrade. However, staff William came to the rescue and provided me with the BEST service. He gave me the exact room i paid for, and even provided me with a later checkout and a complimentary drink. If only there were more staff like him."

"This hotel is a reasonable choice for lodging in the financial district considering the high cost of other options in the area. The staff is very good. While the rooms are on the small side, they are very clean, well maintained and the bathrooms are up to date/modern and everything functions well. The room temp. was responsive and effective, this is not always a given even in expensive hotels. The continental breakfast could use a bit of an upgrade, limited choices & coffee just warm, not hot. I realize there other breakfast options nearby, however self serve cafeteria style seems a bit austere for a decent hotel in NYC. The layout of this hotel is unusual, no real lobby. Otherwise this is a good option in this area and one I would consider again when in town."
