「This hotel was phenomenal.The check in person so was good.Gave lots of advice.Breakfast and dinner are available.The room was so cozy and gave amenties like water,sweets and biscuit.The room was very clean.The room had laminated pamphlets sheets of information about breakfast,bus times,Thoverton and Exeter town information etc.There is a pub below the rooms which is quite busy in the evenings to nights.This place is well taken care of and they take care of their guests.It is an exceptional place...

「Lovey hotel. We went for an afternoon tea gift. Which was amazing. Everything baked in house. We made a weekend of it with an overnight stay. Staff very very friendly and nothing too Much trouble. Location is wonderful with a couple of good walks. Rooms very clean and homely. Food very very good. You really do feel spoilt. 」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Woodleigh Coach House. Lovely room, quiet surroundings and delicious breakfast in their cafe. The premises are within easy reach of main roads to nearby Exeter and the coast, as well as lovely local pubs including Traveller’s Rest and Kings Arms for evening meals. I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future. 」

「All round excellent B&B, very helpful host, breakfast and service excellent. Cleanliness also excellent really nice stay.」

「Bright friendly welcome with tea and biscuits. The gardens are extensive and lots to interest. The house feels like a medieval manor although is C19 Tudor revival. The bedroom had everything needed and mercifully no television, was clean and welcoming. Al in all a lovely stay with a lovely host.」

「The host was superb and very accommodating to our needs. We needed to stay another night and he graciously made room for us. He helped us locate restaurants, bus stops and Exeter sites. And he was a pleasant conversationalist. He always made us feel welcome.」

「Very lovely stay in Exeter for 2 nights at the start of our Devon/Cornwall trip. Friendly staff! Great spa with a deal for hotel guests. The breakfast was wonderful, too. Right in the middle of everything. We will stay here again without even looking elsewhere if we come back this way. We loved Exeter!」

「Booked a valley castle room w king bed for one night in late Sep. Room was very clean with comfy n up to date decor. Room was big enough and soundproof quality was good. Big garden surrounded hotel n we took a pleasant walk the next day. Should have stayed for one or two nights so as to enjoy swimming pool and other facilities. The historical building was well maintained. Very pleasant stay 」

「Great Hotel, reasonably priced, clean and had all the basics. Was only a 1 night stay to meet some friends, however I became ill overnight and felt really unwell in the morning and couldn’t stomach breakfast but they gave me water and offered anything they could to make me feel better. The staff were really kind and helpful and made sure I was ok before checking out. This is above and beyond any service I have encountered and I am truly grateful for their hospitality and would definitely come...
