Such a warm welcome into hotel - easy to check in and out, lovely Christmas feel. Rooms were super, clean, good temperature and had Plentg of tea and coffee. We picked up a hot chocolate with marshmallows at reception which was such a lovely touch!

Everything was very nice and clean. Our room smelled wonderful, like fabric softener. We would especially like to thank the cleaning staff. My humble suggestions would be not to use a shower curtain and to provide a toilet brush. The location was also very good — the hotel was very close to the exam center, and there were cafés and markets nearby where you could find breakfast and coffee early in the morning. Thank you for everything.
