「My husband and I booked here because our granddaughter and her sports team were staying here and we wanted to be close to our family. The reviews were horrifying and we were quite nervous about booking here. Check in was super fast. We were on the second floor and I am happy to say the room was nice, and seemed clean. We stayed for two nights with our 13 year old Son for a basketball tournament and it was a great location. -I work in customer service and one item that could have improvement would have been when we checked in.
