「Really great hotel in a perfect location... Our room was perfect, clean, large & well furnished. Bed, linen & towels all freshly laundered. Evening meal was well presented with lovely fresh local products. The menu and choices were very varied. ( Maybe not too much choice if you dont eat red meat. ) The dining room is well set out and in the summer months would be lovely to be able to sit outside ( we visited January 2026 ) The breakfast menu was equally charming and a difficult decision...

「We had a lovely stay at The Rutland Arms Hotel. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Bakewell and ideal for exploring the town and surrounding Peak District. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice and healthy ingredients. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we would happily stay here again」

「Always a pleasant stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Keele. Room was clean, breakfast has something for everyone and staff are friendly and helpful. 」

「I did not use restaurant. Although i did use Latte coffee machine 👌. Room was comfortable, bed extremely so👌. All room facilities were great. Staff very friendly & helpful. As a solo traveler i felt safe. Parking the only issue due to its proximity to Trentham Garden, restaurants & shops. People openly parking in hotel parking spaces & walking over to the shops. 」

「Lovely bedroom and bathroom. We were very warm and comfortable. Would suggest install a small handrail when going up the two steps into the bathroom would be a great help for the less able bodied. Really enjoyed being there and hope to return. 」

「Fantastisk og charmerende. Og hundevenligt. Men selvom for folk der ikke havde hund (som mig) var det også fint. Jeg blev ikke generet af de andre hunde. Og der var så mange fine gamle og skæve ting at kigge på. Rigtigt dejligt originalt og autentisk britisk. 」

「Was an impromptu stay checking in and oit was easy, comffortable rooms and very clean. Very reasonable price for stay. Resturant was fab staff were very prompt and friendly and food was amazing. We will definitely be back!」

「Lovely accommodation above a local inn with very nice restaurant. Room was beautifully presented with both bath and shower room and bed was very comfortable. Food is served in a great restaurant, being part of the pub and clearly a favourite with locals. The menu was excellent with fish and meat courses and breakfast was equally as good. Very friendly staff, good food and wonderful room. The perfect combination! Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. 」
