「The Verb hotel includes option to stay in an air streamer which I booked for a unique experience. The hotel's theme is a wonderful throwback for music lovers. Decked with music equipment like speakers, instruments, vinyls and record players brings me back to the 80s. Such a nostalgic experience. 「A big convention hotel with a pool and a gym. Housekeeping did not make up my room when i went out from 8 to 2:30p. Had to call Housekeeping. Even then, they missed replenishing a face towel. There is no bathrobe in the room. Front desk staffs were exceptionally friendly and efficient. I was given coupons to Starbucks snd M.J.O'CONNORS, which i used and were very nice. Not a bad hotel to stay.」

「Our valeted car was scratched when it was returned, but the valet manager didn’t want to admit it, and the hotel manager never showed up and never responded the email. No one cares in the hotel unless charging USD55 valet fee.」

「My 2nd time staying at an AKA hotel. First time I stayed at AKA Boston common. Love the atmosphere. Bar service was excellent. We arrived at 8pm-ish and the restaurant was closed but bar was open. Very friendly service, and food was very good. 」
