"No hot tub. Pool was closed for had the stay. Fridge was not working causing 149$ worth of food to go bad. Rooms were dirty. "

"The pool was down for maintenance and I was not informed when I booked. This may have been Expedia’s fault. Free breakfast was advertised but for some reason this was not a part of my room package. The hallways smelled like marijuana and the room smelled cheesy. I listed 4 people for my room but they only gave me 3 towels and when I asked for more I was informed that they ran out."

"Clean room. Friendly staff, good location for tourist activities. Nice breakfast. Didn't use it but they have an indoor pool. "

"Hotel was horrible, rooms TV didn’t work, tub chalking moldy, bathroom door uneven, door locking system horrible, floors dirty, requested a room with 2 queens and wasn’t available bcz of a supposed leak, accommodated us with two separate rooms which were in horrible conditions, in one room ac on and couldn’t shut it off. Floors uneven other rooms were noisy by slamming doors during night, one room as you walked by it a dog barked, the bathroom door had a hole with a bad plaster job. Room smelled of cigarette. Definitely not a safe hotel stay amd won’t be staying at any Wyndom Ramada’s"
