「My husband and I stayed at the resort for a week at the end of March. The room was spacious and comfortable. The morning breakfast was much more than just a continental breakfast. 「Booked the stay the same day we were coming in. The doors were locked when we got there to check in that night and we ended up having to get another hotel. Also, they told us that the staff member who was supposed to be there at night never showed up. Front desk was completely empty, doors locked and nobody would answer a phone call. Not the best way to run a business. Someone should be there 24/7. It was an absolute nightmare to get them to refund my money.」
