「We absolutely loved staying here and to say the staff was helpful would be such an understatement. Would definitely go back.」

「We stayed in room 1 by the office, I loved the little porch in the front and the back area. However, the bed is too small for 2 people to sleep in and the bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. We didn’t use the amenities since we only stayed one night but all in all, it was pretty good for an overnight stay. The staff was very nice with check in and check out.」

「I arrived to find that my room was overbooked and already taken . I was offered two other rooms that were not acceptable. One without a sofa and one with no view. After traveling to the keys from Ft. Lauderdale it was most disappointing. They offered a refund and it took me three hours to find somewhere else to stay. Will not come back」

「The hostess/ staff was amazing! Walking the property check in and making sure everyone had their needs met. She even decorated and brought a cupcake for my husband as we were celebrating his birthday. Very thoughtful! Very clean and enjoyable place. Love the quiet no kids, relaxing vibe! Kayaking and paddle boarding along the coast was great too. The sunsets from the property were amazing!」

「Hotel is nice but there is a lot of seaweed!!! so the beach is unusable... We were given a room in Building 7, so far from everything—and had to walk way too much! Some staff are nice and another one rude. There is a lot of thing to do there but sincerely it's not worth the money, no coming back!」

「Our biggest complaint was that there were only six lounge chairs and three umbrellas by the Pool area which overlooked the ocean. Obviously, we had to wait for someone to leave. The Pool deck area was the resorts most attractive amenity and it was not adequately equipped. Unfortunately, we would not recommend or return to this resort.」

「This was the best hotel and best experience we’ve had on vacation. The staff was super welcoming and our kids favorite part was the smores by the fire pit every night. Highly recommended and we definitely will be back to visit.」
