「We had a great day here and I would recommend it to anybody and everybody. We got a little Casita really nice and quaint close to the beach. They’re close to a number of different hangout spots and just a nice spot to stay.」

「The entry doors locks make me nervous very outdated. Also, requesting room service should be easier. Finally, I called the number I was given six times and never got a response even when I was calling, because of illegal activity on the property. Housekeeper was very nice and rooms were very clean.」

「I arrived to find that my room was overbooked and already taken . I was offered two other rooms that were not acceptable. One without a sofa and one with no view. After traveling to the keys from Ft. Lauderdale it was most disappointing. They offered a refund and it took me three hours to find somewhere else to stay. Will not come back」

「The villa we stayed at was ideal for our family traveling with our dog for a 2N stay 4th or July weekend. The property and location exceeded our expectations and the staff was exceptionally friendly. We recommend this place.」

「Our biggest complaint was that there were only six lounge chairs and three umbrellas by the Pool area which overlooked the ocean. Obviously, we had to wait for someone to leave. The Pool deck area was the resorts most attractive amenity and it was not adequately equipped. Unfortunately, we would not recommend or return to this resort.」

「I didn’t like that we couldn’t use the beach because the seaweed was not removed to make beach accesible. Also our room floor was dirty, appears that it has not been cleaned with water for a long time; when walking barefoot in room our feet became very very dirty with floor dirt. Room floor should be cleaned with water to remove dirt. Resort is very nice, employees are great, kind and very friendly. I hope my above recommendation is taken into consideration and resolved. 「Honestly, the resort was nice, however we went during red tide, which really affected the whole trip. The resort STANK. I know it's not their fault, but they really should update their socials or send emails to let people know what's going on in case they want to make changes to their trips. I know we weren't the only family feeling that way. Over head several groups complaining about the same thing. Had the algae not been an issue, it really would've been great. 「We went for July 4th weekend so it was way too hot to really do much of anything outside on the property but they do offer a variety of activities that next year we plan to partake in…just going to do them in May! The property is gorgeous; the views r amazing! Can’t go wrong staying here!」
