「I arrived to find that my room was overbooked and already taken . I was offered two other rooms that were not acceptable. One without a sofa and one with no view. After traveling to the keys from Ft. Lauderdale it was most disappointing. They offered a refund and it took me three hours to find somewhere else to stay. Will not come back」

「The hostess/ staff was amazing! Walking the property check in and making sure everyone had their needs met. She even decorated and brought a cupcake for my husband as we were celebrating his birthday. Very thoughtful! Very clean and enjoyable place. Love the quiet no kids, relaxing vibe! Kayaking and paddle boarding along the coast was great too. The sunsets from the property were amazing!」

「Islander Resort... WOW! This place will WOW you in the keys. From the beautifully decorated rooms that are spacious, to the large patios, to the walkable grounds all in white sand and beautifully clean grounds. You will walk from your rooms towards the BEAUTIFUL view of the Florida bay. Incredible view from this resort. Featuring two wonderful pools. 「I didn’t like that we couldn’t use the beach because the seaweed was not removed to make beach accesible. Also our room floor was dirty, appears that it has not been cleaned with water for a long time; when walking barefoot in room our feet became very very dirty with floor dirt. Room floor should be cleaned with water to remove dirt. Resort is very nice, employees are great, kind and very friendly. I hope my above recommendation is taken into consideration and resolved. Thank you!」
