It’s a 10 .. it’s the cutest little place. The staff is super sweet, nice grounds and relaxing. The room was called sugar apple I believe and it was large and roomie with a private patio area.. We really enjoyed it.. keep up the good work..

The entire place was fabulous. The staff was amazing, and really helpful. Our room was clean and neat and cool. We loved the landscaping. Everything was green and lush. I will be recommending this resort to everyone. Only word i can think of to describe the resort, is Paradise.

Our overall expirience was above and beyond.. The staff the place and the tranquility was just excellent... We did not expirience any thing negative... during our stay.... I Highly Highly recommend Kona Kai... It was just awesome very very quite and a very relaxing stay.. It's the perfect place to go relax, and get away from our everyday city life!!

Very friendly and helpful staff, gave great restaurant recommendations, pretty grounds with kayaks, paddle boards, tennis courts, ping pong, swimming pool and jacuzzi, and nice bay front area to lounge. Nice touches with the filtered water, ice and sunscreen readily available. Room was spacious (we got an upgarde), very clean, decor Keys-dated but well maintained, you can tell they care. Perfect for 1 night.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Complimentary paddle board and Kajaks. Lots of small areas to hang out during the day close by the water. Unfortunately there was little to no lighting in the evening which made it had to walk down the stairs or find a place to sit to enjoy the outside. We had to use our flashlights on our phones to not trip over lounge chairs. We wanted to check it out this property as it had great reviews but it wasn’t for us. It is a little older and needs a few upgrades/refreshers to bring it up to todays standards and some adjustments to walk ways, docks, bathrooms and pool area.

Like a slice of paradise!!! Laura and the lady that gave me some vegan swiss cheese when i asked where was the closest place to get cheese,lol were incredible. I felt like i was in a beautiful doll house when i walked into the key lime suite. We snorkeled and watched the sunset every night. Hot tub and pool were immaculate. Grounds keeper/ handyman so nice and kept everything like an oasis. Adults only made it easier to interact with all the other guests as they weren’t taken care of kids. Can’t wait to go back.

What a great find this place was, such a lovely relaxing resort with plenty of space to relax and unwind and helpful friendly staff. The pool and dock areas were great with kayaks, etc. available to use. Kathryn was extremely helpful in answering questions before we arrived and organising an excursion for us during our stay. We received an upgrade to the room we had initially booked which was a pleasant bonus. All in all a great place to stay.
