"I would give this place zero stars if I could. The room I was initially given was dirty, the sheets and blankets were visibly stained, and the entire room smelled strongly of cigarettes and mold. When I went to the front desk to report the issue, Sonia, the receptionist, was rude and dismissive when I explained that the bedding was dirty, stained, and smelled bad. She said the manager authorized moving me to another room, but unfortunately the second room was just as bad. The bed sheets were again stained and had an unpleasant smell, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures advertised online. When I requested to cancel my reservation and receive a refund because of the conditions, the front desk gave me a very hard time. I was working with Expedia to try to resolve the situation. During that process, Sonia at the front desk appeared to deliberately avoid answering Expedia’s calls, which made resolving the issue even more frustrating. Overall, this was a horrible experience. The rooms were dirty, the customer service was unprofessional, and the property did not match what was advertised. I would not recommend staying here."

"The room was neat but the floor was dirty. I couldn’t walk bare foot for 2 seconds without my feet being black. The housekeeping staff were disrespectful. I had my sign that said DO NOT DISTURB on my door and she was pounding on my door early in the morning. She did this for my whole stay. I didn’t get my full refund back on the vending machines. It doesn’t work and there’s no sign saying there out of service so it took my money. "

"The soundproofing in this hotel is very poor; I could hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms. Also, the curtains barely block any light, making the room far too bright in the morning. To make matters worse, the mattress was sagging in the middle, which was quite uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you value a good night's sleep."

"Great quiet place! The AC was easy to use-you just have to get close to the unit with the remote. Beautiful area! Cozy place, well appointed and very clean. Exactly as described!!!"
