「We have been coming to Bransons Best for several years ..... The television was a mess...you almost had to hold the cord a certain way to get it to stay on...(staff) did help...they even had a bit of trouble..we did get it on. The shower had minimal water pressure ...didnt matter how you moved the head around. The breakfast has always been a treat...but this day the biscuits were as hard as a rock... We drove all day to come into a restful enjoyable atmosphere and had to deal with these...

「The property was clean and maintained. The front desk was short staffed most of the time we were there, with a single person doing everything. The room had a weird odor, like cleaning products over a musty smell and the sheets felt damp. Maybe needing a good dehumidifier in the room. But overall, a comfortable 2 night stay.」

「Everything was great, the only exception was that the bathtub is very slippery. We are somewhat elderly. The excellent housekeeper promptly got us a bath mat for inside the tub. All we needed was a clean bed and clean bathroom and the room was up to expectations. We also enjoyed the breakfast every morning. We would stay there again.」

「Overall I believe this hotel is a great value. There are lots of hotels in Branson and doing comparisons, I was happy with cost, location, cleanliness, and the breakfast amenities. NOTE FOR THOSE TOWING A CAMPER OR BOAT: The driveway in is steep! Not recommended for those visitors.」

「We had a misunderstanding at check in about a deposit but was resolved the next morning. Pretty typical breakfast but the breakfast room was clean and neat. The breakfast attendant was very sweet and helpful. We thought our room had a soured smell maybe needed a air filter changed and the cleanliness of the room was okay not exceptional.」

「We enjoyed being able to walk from our hotel to other stores in the atea. They do need to purchase better pillows, they were flat and the bed was not comfortable, my husband was not sleeping well while there.」
