「There was a glitch with our room but Samantha at the front desk was super helpful. She took care of the issue and gave superb customer service. The property is very nice and it has a nostalgic feel of an earlier time in California. We will definitely come back.」

「One of the best boutique hotels of the world! Staff was nothing but accommodating and helpful and polite; suites are spacious and quiet and fully stocked with extras, breakfast included (you pay a resort fee) but you can order as much as you want; pool is lovely...has all the charm! 」
