「Everything was really great. The staff was amazing and very kind, the hotel is extremely clean and it's a heaven for kids. It has been a bid windy and water in the pools is a bit coldish, but beside this there is nothing to complain. 」

「Nice property, good selection of outdoor pools. Good buffet. Nice staff. Room was a good size, decent cleanliness but quite a few things that needed fixing (some of which were fixed over the course of our stay). Bed hadn’t been made up as a double as requested and took a long time to rectify. 」

「圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。」

「Lovely long weekend spent with friends staying at the Regency Torviscas. Staff are friendly, entertainment is good, lovely pool and great cocktails! 」

「Wonderful apartment. Spacious and a massive terrace. Tea, coffee, sugar, dishwashing tablets all present. A nice touch. Unfortunately the big pool was closed but the other pools were open, so no big issue. I can recommend the apartments, make sure you have a car to get around. 」

「Nice room with soap, shampoo and body wash supplied, it even had an iron. Didn’t like the check-in experience, the staff were totally controlling and you can’t get your room keys until the clock turns 4!!!! There were groups of us waiting in Reception and even ‘dagger stares’ did not work」

「We originally booked a standard room, but at check-in we asked for a seaview room with double bed. This was an upgraded room but well worth it. The room had two double beds and a bathroom with separate bath and shower cubicle. Lovely friendly staff, fantastic room.」

「We stayed for 6 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment. The hotel is at the top of a steep hill but that means it is quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the resorts below. Probably not a hotel for anyone who struggles with mobility. Check in was ok, emailed in advance to advise we were arriving before 5pm check in and ask for a specific grade of room which we had paid for. 「Very enjoyable stay, lovely reception staff and cleaners. Great poolside bar with very reasonable prices. Apartment was comfortable with good kitchenette and wifi, however, there is no a/c and ceiling fans are useless so I'm not sure if it would be bearable in mid-summer. This is our third time staying here and the glass around the pool has been filthy each time, which is a pity considering the rest of the place is very clean.」
