「I did not get info on how to get in and out of the hotel. The concierge is not always there! I had to ring my own taxi on leaving and it was difficult to re-access the building to pick up my baggage as I don't speak Spanish. The room was very tired in decor with multiple scrapes around the doors. It vibrated with the sound of the fridge (?). The only plus was the 6 minute walk to the beach. No breakfast. No snacks. Very basic.」

「Tutto bene, lo consiglio, anche se qualche dettaglio si può migliorare. Personale gentile e simpatico. Si trova a Guaza, vicino Los Cristianos con bus (imparate come funzionano) passano spesso in tutte le direzioni. Colazione non provata」

「Check-in easy, but online - no reception, but nice communication through WhatsApp Kitchen dark and not cosy. Shared living room disgusting. Looked like the floor had not been cleaned for 3 years. Bathroom had a lot of black mold which is unhealthy. Room had only blue-ish ceiling lighting, that looked like something from a public bathroom for avoiding junkies. Temperature inside, around 10 degrees Celsius during December. Heating elements were sparse and insufficient.」

「Nuestra experiencia no fue satisfactoria. Intentamos contactar con el alojamiento unos días antes de la llegada para resolver algunas dudas, pero no obtuvimos respuesta. El día del check-in tuvimos que esperar bastante tiempo en la puerta, ya que no había nadie para recibirnos. Tampoco habíamos recibido instrucciones previas y no logramos contactar por teléfono.
