"We loved the hotel and the facilities were really nice for families, it was big enough without being overwhelming. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. My husband hired a bike for the day and it was very reasonable and easy. I also enjoyed an amazing massage in our apartment. The pool was fantastic and plenty of space for all! Overall we had a great time and would highly recommend! "

"For my budget the place was amazing! The room had no view but I say it has city views and a patio because the rooftop is accessible with chairs, table, sofa, sun loungers, shower, kitchen and bathroom (yes, all on the rooftop) There were two bathrooms next to my bedroom, each section of the house has three rooms with a kitchen, so although the facilities are shared, this was no bother. The place was spotless. The communal areas were thoroughly cleaned daily. The communication was minimal but...

"Ideal for hiking in the Teide National Park. Very central in Villaflor, but with a large public parking space nearby. Old, but functional facilities. "

"I stayed here overnight before travelling back to the UK, as it was close to the airport. It was clean, tidy, good showers and toilets. Nice kitchen for cooking meals. The outside area was pleasantly arranged with shaded areas and a small pool. The staff were friendly and helpful and the other guests were nice. The nearby town has a good cafe and restaurants as well as a small supermarket, beaches. It's about 25 minutes walk or there's a bus stop nearby."

"Spring Arona is an excellent hotel as it says on the tin ‘ Adults Only’ !! Lovely facilities ,fabulous staff, quiet yet easily reachable to the Beach and many many restaurants. "Another fantastic stay at the Bahía Príncipe Fantasía in Chafiras. The staff is wonderful and the facilities are always kept up to an outstanding standard (we saw NO DIFFERENCE in two years). The food has also greatly improved since our last stay (it was great then, now it’s fantastic). Our little one loved it and we did too! We will be back. "

"Fantastic holiday. Complex clean, staff all friendly and plenty of restaurants within a max 20 min walk away. We stayed 12 days and didn’t eat at the same place twice. We managed the walk to los abrigos in 15 minutes with a 7&10 year old. We used taxis for beach days, water park and money world. Our 2 bedroom apartment was immaculate and plenty of space. 2 bathrooms, aircon throughout and a lovely sea view. Wouldn’t hesitate to return and already looking at next year! "

"Perfect for a quick escape. It does say beach access but it’s just next to the beach, no dinners there or anything g and it’s not a private section. But food was good and the bar served good drinks. "
