"A true gem! Rooms are on the small side but absolutely comfortable and tasteful. Newly renovated with quality materials. The bathroom was spotless, a very nice size, shower with both oversized and handheld shower heads. Climate control was great: so quiet you could not hear the AC was on! "The apartments are tiny but really well planned, but no tv. Ikea would be proud. Great price for what you get. It was unusually warm when we went and unfortunately the pool still shut for winter as planned which was a shame but understandable. Clean, great on site staff and shop. Lovely pub too. The bus to get into Florence can get very crowded, think London Underground with very rude mannered people, but we survived. Our son was in a wheelchair but we managed. Everyday someone tried to push in front of the chair and everyday someone left the bus with a badly grazed ankle ;-)"

"Lovely brand new hotel couldn’t fault a thing - easy to get to from the main motorways arrived very late Friday early hours sat morning the chap on reception was super nice and very friendly . Swimming pool outside will be lovely in the summer to cold in January . Recommend this hotel ."
