「Everything was great except for no hot water in the shower in the morning. Apparently we were in the room furthest from the water heater and the room hadn't been used for a couple days before us. Our room had a nice little balcony with a swing and 2 person patio table. Breakfast was delightful with nice options to select from - strawberry pancakes for both of us. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They're very attentive to sustainability!」

「The hotel is very clean. However the decor is different. I had a single king room but there is not a dresser for clothes or a usb outlet to charge and electronics. The elevator system is awful. I had to wait ten minutes each time to use the elevator. Also give yourself 30 minutes to request valet parking. I paid 55 dollars for overnight parking another 5 dollars to have priority on the list and still took 35 minutes to get my car. The valets were very nice and polite. It was not their fault....

「People at front desk could use some training, they were not to friendly and acted like they didnt want to be there that was obvious. Restaurant staff was great morning or night.」

「The ac was broken and our room stayed around 85 degrees our entire stay. The staff did not like to be engaged and were quite annoyed when asked about amenities. They also do not want you to ask for extra pillows. We had 4 travelers the pillows they offer were very flat so we requested 3 additional which the hotel declined to provide 3 instead gave 2. The mattress was horribly uncomfortable and seems to have been in use for at least the last 35 years the sleeper sofa even worse but that’s...

「Hidden fees and depending on which staff member you got you received different information! Parking, internet, food and “destination fee” were not relayed properly and felt deceptive. Room was nice however the ceiling looked as if recent water damage. The location is in heart of everything and I felt safe.」
