"Had one front desk member who went above and beyond at check in. Another was meh. I let him know after my first night that the room was terrible. He said speak to matience and made no attempt to change rooms or put me in touch with matience. The fridge ran all night long with a loud buzz. The a/c unit made egregiously loud water passing thru sounds when it was on. Almost mid May and we couldnt have the AC on. Couldnt sleep between the heat, stuffiness, or alternative put on the AC and hear heavy water flowing thru the vent sounds that would keep you up. Ive stayed at Clementine 5 times always with a wonderful experience. Admiringly the laminat flooring, bathroom etc has show wear and tear. You get through it for the heart and charm at Clementine. This time, my balcony to the upstairs raddled like there were safety concerns. There was both head, and fallen pubic hair left behind in the bathtub upon my first viewing for a shower. I didnt think twice about the price or go for rate when considering a hotel this time for my last almost half dozen stays were beyond enjoyable. For $240/ per night for such dirty worn down conditions I am appalled. Never staying here again, you shouldn't either. "

"The breakfast wasn't too good and I wished there was a bit more variety. The gentleman serving the breakfast didn't seems like he was having the best of days. He seemed irritated but I get it there were a lot of people in there."

"Room was clean but dated as I was in the Tower. The staff were very helpful and check in was easy. I was very early so I stored luggage and went about my day. I was called when my room was ready which was nice. The shuttle to and from the parks were great!!!!!! I’ll stay again!!"

"I stayed at the Extended Stay American suites in Orange County, Katella Ave and had a very disappointing experience. The hotel was dirty overall, especially the carpet, both in the room and the hallways which looked and felt unclean. The smell throughout the property was awful, especially in the hallways. My room also had a strong odor, like a sweaty person had just left, with lingering body odor that made it very uncomfortable to stay in. Cleanliness and freshness were far below what I expected, and I would not stay here again. Parking is great, a lot of spots, but I am warning others it is not well maintained!! BEWARE"

"Itzal at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Arrived early and fortunately they made our room available to us. Took advantage of the daily breakfast. Also ordered from the Oasis Kitchen. Room was clean, great water pressure in shower."
