「Nice facility and staff」

「Staff was rude! Found an employee coming out of our room with us knowing when we already had all of our stuff in the room, just because a previous guest thought they forgot something! 」

「The room was not clean, the floors and shower were the dirtiest. There is dust on the bed frame, no updated outlets for C-port chargers, the tv remote barely worked and the bed mattress was not good as you can feel/hear the springs. Overall, the room sucked but the staff was very nice. I would not stay there again nor recommend it to anyone but I guess for the price I paid, it makes sense. Plus it’s also further away from Disneyland, not worth the hassle.」

Great breakfast and housekeeping. My son had a very great time during our 5days stay, he was entertained with all the amazing front desk, especially Pam. 「All the basics were there. No real front desk more like a kiosk with an older, nonsense woman whom you needed to wait for on occasion. Overall, good. Room was clean, bed was very good can walk to food places, two miles from Angel Stadium which can save on parking if walk or take a bus.」

「The hotel is clean and comfortable with a convenient location, but rooms facing the main road can be noisy. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were very good, and the front desk staff were friendly. However, the housekeeping knocked on my door three times within two hours in the morning, which was a bit disturbing. Unfortunately, there was no “Do Not Disturb” sign available in the room — it would be great if the hotel could provide one.」

「很庆幸入住，一早到酒店就直接安排了房间，如果是迪士尼园区酒店就得寄存行李等待下午才能办理入住。房间够大，大堂全天都有热水、咖啡、茶水供应，早餐品种不多但够吃，新鲜度和味道都不错。地理位置也好，走路也就20分钟到园区。几分钟路程就有餐饮和购物街，非常方便」
