「First off, booked room was not ready when it was supposed to be... they did not have a cleaning crew on duty to clean our already paid for room. Front staff did what they could to get us a room after a 1000 mi trip. They ended up providing us 2 queens and not the king bed which is fine. Going to the assigned new room there was broken furniture in the halls on the second floor the whole time we were there. 「It was a drug den for locals as far as I could tell. It's built on the yard side of a few houses, of which have constantly barking dogs. The people I interacted with seemed like they lived there permanently, the adults yelling in the hallways to their kids/spouse had little control of the kids running and yelling everytime they enter or exit the building. 「Check-in was perfect with a staff that was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great with a lot of options for adults and children. Pool area was lovely and our granddaughter enjoyed it very much. Very nice place to stay and we will definitely be back!」

「Woke up with multiple bites all over body and shower was absolutely not cleaned . There was no soap in pumper shampoo bottle. This is an upscale trying to be luxury hotel. The valet driver was stoned out of his mind. Only reason I gave 2 star was restaurant was actually really good. After seeing Amarillo this is better then most any other hotel around . Just be prepared for bug bites.」

「Room was very clean. We didn't run into any problems at all. We didn't have opportunity to have a breakfast since we left very early. Property has on site parking, paid, $15 per night. For the price of the room you pay it could be complimentary.」
