「We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Brighton. The service was impeccable. It elevated the whole experience at the hotel despite some hits and misses. Every staff was professional and friendly (even their uniform was tastefully designed). The lobby and lounge were beautiful, giving us a really good impression of the hotel. However, while we were aware of the history of the hotel, the bathroom was a bit tricky to use. It was obviously dated and needed some refurbishment work. The water pressure...

「This is a truly magical destination. It has history, style and friendly service. Exploring the various rooms, corridors and tunnel all add to the magic of this place. The food is excellent and I should mention the whisky to add to/with the morning porridge! The grounds are fabulous and extend down to the beach and the Spa a delight. This is our third stay and not our last. 」

「It was a very disappointing experience. There were many problems with the room. The sink seemed clogged and water couldn’t be drained smoothly. The fan could not turn around. The most unacceptable thing was that the rubbish bin was not emptied yet. There was still rubbish inside! I reported the problems to the staff and he changed another room for me」

「Two days for a birthday weekend in Brighton. Really nice little hotel, clean rooms, well-located for all the main attractions and plus a cosy bar. Friendly staff. Perfect and just what we wanted」

「員工十分的親切還有熱情，雖然電梯壞了所以得自己扛很重的行李，但他們有幫忙搬~我住的是六人房，房間比想像的大很多，行李很夠放，但是床沒有窗簾是小缺點。浴室是一間房間一個，很乾淨而且若是忘了帶洗髮乳沐浴乳可以去跟櫃台拿~ 一樓還有自助的廚房，如果想要喝熱水可以自己去燒，很推薦可以去哦!」

「It's quite good for my stay. I stayed in a room in the top floor. The staircase is a bit narrow, so you will find it more convenient if you don't have a big suitcase. The location is great. It's close to attractions in Brighton. I parked my car in the main street and just walked to the attractions.」

「We put all our towel in bath tub & supposed to have new towels on second day. But the housekeeper just put back all our used towels(mixed up our towels) in position. We then asked the reception for change of new towels but then the housekeeper didn’t change them, just tidy them again. However we recognised that they were our used towels again. Besides, all the facilities in bath rooms are outdated, really needed renovation! Really disappointed as they are not budged hotel & the rooms...

「第一次住 Brighton，酒店在海旁，不錯的位置。附近有不同地區的餐廳，空中看風景的 Brighton i360 原本我是住混合床的，但因為有房，我可以免費 Upgrade 至獨立房間，實在太好了！ 房間有一扇窗可看到部分海景，實在很棒！ 謝謝 Selina Brighton」
