「Booked on Expedia after a flight delay forced overnight stay. Took $90 Uber ride only to be told at front desk they were sold out and would not honor online reservation. We were told Expedia inventory was never accurate. So then why do they use Expedia if they are so unreliable? No other hotel availability in the area, so another $90 Uber ride back to the airport to stay overnight in the terminal for our early morning flight. The woman working got irritated and said it is the location I am at. Confusing since the name of the suites isnt located anywhere on or in the building. Hesitantly checked in. Drove around to park. 「The hotel is nice centrally located which was really nice however the staff was not only one time we were greeted at the door and that was the morning that we were checking out after we were there for an entire week. My only complaint would be that our shower dripped the entire time.」

「Hotel was ok but not too comfortable, the bed was small for a queen seemed like a full size. It was on a metal base with no boxspring so not comfortable at all. Had to keep asking for toilet paper cuz they would only leave one at a time. You had to call and make appt for the room to be cleaned but they would not take the trash out had to do it ourselves. Dont think we'll be staying there again.」
