"Robotic staff welcome; charged for parking, mediocre breakfast options, unable to gain entry to building until someone let us in and then we were told there is a buzzer. Hard to see the buzzer amidst all the other wall attachments."

"I really enjoyed my time in Albuquerque at The Imperial. The staff was more than friendly professional and polite. I liked the vintage style of the rooms and the color scheme. It reminds me of our hotels at the beach Jersey shore. I loved the Dive bar on the premises and the choice of 3 or 4 different takeout eateries onsite as well… Overall, my stay was great and I would definitely visit The Imperial again. "

"This property needs help. Our room had been recently painted but that might not have been a priority. The toilet ran all the time. The shutoff valve was corroded and I couldn’t shut off the water. The floor was filthy! And the deadbolt had tissue shoved in it to keep it from being locked?!? The street traffic noises were loud. Comfortable bed but not able to sleep."

"Hotel Chaco was an excellent stay and one of the highlights of our trip. The location is fantastic — close to Old Town and convenient to everything while still feeling relaxing and upscale. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had a very luxurious feel without being overdone. Everything felt thoughtfully designed and well maintained, which made the stay feel special from the moment we checked in. The food was also amazing. Every meal we had was flavorful and well prepared, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel added to the experience. Overall, Hotel Chaco combines a great location, beautiful rooms, and excellent dining into a stay that feels both comfortable and high-end. Would definitely stay here again."
