「Great location, close to Old Town and a really good restaurant. Proprietor offered us a complimentary drink each night of our stay. There are 4-5 rooms, we were in 'Charlie', the old saloon (converted obviously), 」

「The customer service at this hotel is exceptional! You’re able to text them when you need something or have an issue. When I first arrived in the room, I noticed one of the cabinet door hinges were loose & they came within 30 minutes to fix it! The gym is very big & has all kinds of machines & weights you may need.」

Minor issues... a couple of times during the stay, only one elevator was working.. but the problem was corrected within a few hours. The other thing... the day we checked out, there were no luggage carts available. I understand that guests can take the carts to their rooms and failr to bring them back down as required. 「Very disappointing experience. Around 5:30 AM someone from the front desk knocked on our door twice because their system incorrectly showed our room as vacant after a check-in error. This woke us up abruptly, our dogs started barking, and we couldn’t go back to sleep. We had been driving all day and still had a full day of travel ahead of us, so this disturbance was extremely frustrating. The issue was caused by the hotel’s internal mistake and unfortunately no resolution was offered.」
