「I didnt like having to come downstairs to get more towels. People did not hold their dogs in the elevator. The elevator wait was ridiculous, it kept skipping the floor I was on. But overall I enjoyed the property and will be back!」

「We stayed here for my son's birthday. We had the best time and they had so many things to do that were covered by the hotel that I actually saved money. The 3 bdrm suite was so spacious and it had the most amazing ocean view. We are already planning to come back next year. 10 out of 10!!!」

「During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.」
