"This place is seriously outdated. The only perk IS being on the beach/beach access/ ocean views. Everything is old (carpet/ bedding/furniture) and rusty (shower and tissue holder/sink/balcony door) inside the room. Place has great potential, just needs some serious renovations, especially for the money they’re definitely overcharging for. Really felt like a scam. "
