「It was hassle free and they have amazing customer service!!!」

「Only thing I wanted to note was a random charger had been left from the previous person staying in our room that must've gotten overlooked when they had cleaned up. Other than that we enjoyed our stay, this is the only hotel I have stayed at in awhile that came through and cleaned up the rooms which I find awesome. 」

「We had the best time at this resort. However, things could be managed better. Two of the three elevators were broken at one point during our stay, there was a cigarette butt on the floor in our room when we arrived, there was no hot water in our shower, and the AC could not keep up with the heat during the day. The balcony furniture is worn down but the rooms are very nice. The Steakhouse is amazing, the views are wonderful, and the pool was a blast. I will definitely be back. Would be a 5 star...

「I liked that it was a small quiet place recent remodel friendly great customer service and on site laundry pool very helpful and responsive staff great breakfast my son and I stayed for a week it was a greatly needed vacation you just walk right across the street to the beach highly recommend. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Lots of things to do as well 👍👍」

「I loved this property! Kitchenette, pool, across from a coffee bar/Pier/bar, surrounded by restaurants, and a Walmart on 1 side and a Kroger on the opposite.」

「Lovely hotel. The staff were very nice. Only complaint is that they would not let us take in cups with water in the pool area but allowed many others. No one said anything to the others who brought them in. Rules should apply to everyone. The pool drinks are a little expensive.」

「My husband uses a mobility scooter. We booked an accessible room and received one, however he needs the grab bars and roll in shower. Front desk was amazing! I should have gotten his name but he was great. Moved us to the best room we have ever stayed in for his scooter. Front desk was helpful and friendly. Will stay again! 」

「This was a one-night stay while our son attended his A&M conference. It was really nice, and the location was ideally for great food and the strand.」

「We just got off the cruise ship at 8:30ish and we were able to check in early. They were very accommodating to let us check in early. Good location on the seawall. Nice pool! Breakfast was good! Would like to see some fresh fruit, other than bananas & apples.」
