「Beautifully restored/maintained 1800's property with all the niceties. We stayed here as a stopover during travel before boarding our cruise out of the Port of Galveston near by. The staff made us feel welcome, was very accommodating of our arrival delay and took the time to make sure we knew where all the comforts were and that we were well settled. Breakfast was amazing and fresh. We will definitely stay here anytime we visit Galveston!」

「The room was clean and well maintained. The only thing I didn't like was the air conditioner was too noisy for me and there was a noise that was constant coming from something in the hallway not people but something else like a generator.」

「Everything was great, especially the welcoming and accommodating staff. The pool is great and the location convenient. We stayed during a Monday and Tuesday so the restaurant wasn’t open. The food we tried was good but some was bland such as the Caesar salad and the ceviche (campechana) and the kids pasta. The chicken sandwich was really good. Good beer selection, reasonable prices. My family enjoyed our stay. I would definitely go back and recommend it.」
