"This hotel is very nice and convenient to great American ballpark and other activities in Cincinnati. However, we were not allowed to check in until 10:30 PM the night of our reservation and we’re forced to sit in the lobby and wait for our rooms to be cleaned. 10:30 PM!"

"Great location, within walking distance to multiple restaurants and the Reds Stadium. The room was very spacious and extremely clean. The bar and restaurant area off from the lobby was a great place to end our day with a cocktail. The breakfast bar was well stocked and had a variety of breakfast items to choose from. The only down side was the walls were thin, which is true for many hotels. We could hear our neighbors next to us and above us. "

"The room was clean, smelled fresh, clean sheets. The bathroom was ok, but dated. The AC unit was filthy, filters were completely plugged up. Pulled and washed them out in the shower. Most of the outlets were broken. Only a couple worked. The desk clerk was on her first day. Painfully slow, but pleasant. The restaurant was closed, which was the feature we were most excited about. Not planning on coming back here. "
