"The location of this hotel is ideal, as you are right on the beach. The breakfasts are amazing, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The grounds are well-kept. The restaurant is inexpensive, has great service, and the food is very good. We can't wait to come back!"

"Beach view faced buildings and a vacant parking lot. Side view of beach about 30%. We asked for ocean view at check-in and was told “the room your getting will be fine. You probably won’t stay in your room anyway”. I said we wanted to sit on balcony and enjoy the morning coffee view of ocean and would pay extra but they would not change it for us."

"Friendly staff. Biggest problem was that there was no desk or drawers under the tv as most hotels have. We had to put one suitcase and 2 carry on bags on the floor. Water pressure poor in shower. Breakfast typical. I did enjoy the bran muffin. "

"Great stay in a good location. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only negative is the Wi-Fi is spotty at best."
