「Don’t stay here. The room is extremely small with NO fridge. And we stayed here for 7 days. They said they’ll change the sheet on the third day, guess what, they didn’t although I specifically told the receptionist. The stain on the comforter is always there until I put the changing card under the stain and they changed it the last night before we left lol. And the bed sheet and pillow case are still unchanged with our hairs on. Shame. Breakfast is a joke, every morning is the same. EXACTLY...

「I am very mad there was no FREE wifi whereas my booking show free WiFi. The reception say Public area is free but I cannot get any data. I then signed up as Marriott member just to get free WiFi in my room but again, I logged in but no data. This is not and should not be the standard of any decent hotel let alone the Marriott! Very disappointed. I have an extra day in Lisbon and I have chosen to switch hotel for real WiFi. Sad! I am trying Carlton Marriott in Madrid tonight...

「Very convenient for a 0505 flight the following day. Though no shuttle to airport when we checked out that early, the 5 minutes walk to airport did not create any problems unless you have lots of luggages. Check in out very smooth, buffet dinner at 20 Euro plus complimentary breakfast (even at 0230 continental breakfast) made it very convenient. Clean tidy and smooth I would stay again for and early flight from Lisbon.」

「We were staying in room 106 which was a few stairs below the actual 1/F, that means you might need to carry your luggage going down the stairs. Luckily the staff was helpful who would help you. The first day we checked in, finding that there was no kettle I. The room and reception told us that the kettle would be ready in day 2 which was quite random!」

「Service is exceptional. Front desk staff excellent. So many who all were attentive and engaged that we regrettably didn’t get any names but fast and informed. From Marta, the self-confessed cat lover bar manager to Larissa the effortlessly effervescent hostess to Sonia the ever consummate fine hotel manager and Vanessa the pleasant and slightly sardonic bar tender, the staff were all equal parts charisma and efficiency, and both in good measure. Can’t say enough about the way the staff made us...

「The best place I have ever stayed. I came here for some Golden Visa procedures, during COVID time it is really headache as I have to find clinic and print tones of stuff. Nevertheless, the staff here is very helpful and nice that they helped me a lot in printing stuff, calling clinic, morning call, luggage handling... etc. Even the intern, Sara, did a very good job. The service really exceeds my expectation and I would definitely stay here again when I get back to Lisbon. 」

「Front desk were not helpful at all, the lighting in the room was broken even after we have asked them to change it, they still didn't change it and told us that they checked and there was nothing wrong with the lighting in the room when in fact you could see it right away when you enter the room that it wouldn't stop flashing.
