「Friendly staff」

「This hotel is conveniently located about 8 minutes walking from the port of Ischia, from the entrance to the sitting area, hallways, pool, SPA ... amazing, and the staff is very welcoming and professional」

「Wifi is very poor and there is no air conditioner thus the air is not so fresh.」

「Nice hotel, clean and with good breakfast 」

「Very nice and clean. Nearby train station to go to Naples. Otherwise a nice resort, excellent breakfast and restaurant.」

「It’s an excellent stop by for flight travel to other city. It included everything we need, eg free parking, delicious breakfast and closed to airport (drive 16 mins to airport from hotel)」

「It located at a convenient location(for shopping or metro). But there is a smell on towel and bathroom(it's not stinky, but I don't like it.) If there is lighter and they provide tissue in room would be better.」

「The hotel has old-school glamour, and a beautiful roof terrace. The staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.」

「Washroom was a bit smelly when we entered the room.」

「Good service, close to train station」
