「I absolutely loved staying here. The hotel and its amenities are soo pretty. The food is amazing at the restaurant. 1 block away is the pretty block with the umbrellas. Most restaurants and bars are within a 10 minute walk. Staff is so friendly here. This was a 10x better stay than when i stayed at the hilton by the lake. I would stay here everytime i go to cartagena.」

「The only thing that they lacked is the fact that its a VIP accommodation but there are not VIP upgrades. I got there at 10am and the receptionist didn’t attend to my request saying the room wasn’t available. I checked the night before to see if i can book it and it was available. Therefore, my Expedia reservation and status wasn’t recognized by the hotel. Ismael, Gerson and Francisco the reception were very welcoming and helpful. The location is good if you want to walk around the city center. 」
