「酒店的整体景观很漂亮。距离市中心有一点距离，但是却落得安静。我们被安排在后面的一个WING，面向后山，距离大堂要走很长的路，因此没有什么噪声。但是采光和景观稍逊一些。房间尺寸比较大。竟然没有烧水壶，联系客房后提供给我们。卫生间镜子正对着卧室。游泳池在阳光下很舒适。酒店员工没有那么热情。如果有车出行，那么在这里可以考虑在这里休整。」

「Overall the hotel itself is excellent, the staff, the facilities and the food.....an excellent hotel. The only negative does not relate to the hotel itself maybe more about the city of Kandy, its very nosey and busy, we were hounded by local traders and drivers all day which compared to other parts of the country we would not have the same experienceits 」

「We had booked in for two nights but loved it so much we extended our stay another day! Such a beautiful oasis of peace and quiet. The daily breakfast was exquisite with a huge variety of traditional and western dishes. The fruits were grown organically on the property. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. Service was superb! The owners are very friendly and helpful. We will be back. Thank you! 」

AC seemed to have only one low temperature setting and the blanket was way too thin to be comfortable in the night. The food at the restaurant needs to improve a lot. Very greasy food. 「Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt! Alles war unglaublich sauber und die Aussicht war einfach atemberaubend. Das Hotel liegt etwa 20 Minuten mit dem Tuk-Tuk von Kandy entfernt, aber genau das hat uns besonders gefallen – kein Smog, sondern pure Ruhe und Natur. An zwei Abenden haben wir hier auch zu Abend gegessen und das war eine hervorragende Entscheidung. 「Worst experience ever, I booked and paid online but when I reached the property they said they let someone else to stay and can't make them leave, so asked me to go and find different property for that night and ask me to come back and stay next day, my family and kids all are left in the street. 「Hard to be critical as the Hotel is 'under new Management' as of November 2018 and understandably there will be some teething problems. The potential for the place is massive. 「Convenient location. Just close to all main attraction and restaurants, such as the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic and Kandy lake. The hotel itself looks elegant and the maintenance is quite good. I especially enjoy the life that you can feel the living history of the hotel. It is also conformable to stay in the room. Good choice or stay here of you visit Kandy.」
