「What you see is what you get. The location is excellent, and the staff were extremely helpful, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. One thing to keep in mind is that the walls are quite thin, so noise from neighbouring rooms can be noticeable. Also, this is not a traditional hotel, which can make it a little difficult to find and access initially. You need to pass through multiple doors using different keys, which may feel stressful...

「We enjoyed our stay! Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was our favorite thing. The cons: our room was fairly small and you had to step up another level to get into the bathroom. Because of this, in the middle of the night, my husband fell and cut his arm badly. The staff was very nice though, and tried to take care of the cut. It was hard to find the doors Into the hotel and the doors out of the hotel if that makes sense.」

「Have bus stop right in front the hotel door, you can take bus to every corner of Roma if you have bought a Roma pass. I reserve a Deluxe room, which is clean, and the space is excellent. I like the wash room very much, shower is perfect. Staff are very helpful, I made some mistake on booking date, they help me change that, with no extra cost! They also provide useful information if you ask. Just one little setback, the hotel is located at little distance from the central city, like 15mins...

「Overall we enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Very convenient location, clean room and a very nice rooftop deck. There were limited hours with front desk staff and they were nowhere to be found at check-out time so we were unable to leave our bags while we went for a bite to eat. We were on the third floor and there was no elevator so we had to carry our bags up the stairs. We were warned about this and informed of times when there was someone to help carry bags up,...
