「This property charges premium prices but delivers very little beyond the view.
The location overlooking Lake Atitlán is beautiful. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
The internet was essentially unusable during my stay. For a hotel at this price level, reliable internet should be basic. I had work to do and could not connect. Mobile data also barely works in this location, so the hotel’s Wi-Fi is the only option.
What made the situation worse was the response from staff. No one...

「A stunning property with amazing views. It is nestled into the side of the mountain and designed to make the most of the lake views. There is lots of attention to detail. My room was beautiful and very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were great, which also had a lake view! It was nice to have the Guatemalan breakfast included in my rate. There isn’t anywhere else that’s walkable. All the staff were lovely and made every effort to ensure I had the best stay. I used the hotel’s recommended...
