「Attentive reception staff both on arrival and departure and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely duplex apartment within walking distance of shops, bars although care needs to be taken on the apartment's open staircase down to the main bedroom and on the steep staircase up to the roof terrace. 「Can Bordoy is undeniably beautiful. It is an elegant old mansion converted into a high-end five-star hotel, with lovely common areas, facilities, gardens, and an excellent Palma location. On paper, it should rank among the city’s best hotels. Unfortunately, the service did not match the setting. 「Sehr schöne Zimmer, die als kostenlos angepriesenen Services wie Zugang zu Puro Beach uns shuttle zum Beach entpuppten sich als sehr teuer und waren so gut wie nicht buchbar. Es dauerte ewig zu checken ob noch frei oder nicht. Frühstück hatte eine gute Qualität . Raucher müssen vor der Türe stehen ohne Aschenbecher.」

「Absolutely incredible hotel! The room, the food, the decor & the facilities were beyond Amazing! Our flight home was cancelled last minute, so we ended up finding this hotel by chance & so glad we did - because it is now one of our favourite hotels in the world!
