"From the moment arrived until I left the staff the service was impeccable and cant rate highly enough. The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. Obviously not all was perfect, signs of wear etc, but nothing that you wouldn't find in any establishment. 100% will stay again. Brilliant, sets a standard all should adhere too. Thank you so much for your hospitality."

"We didn't stay at the hotel for a number of reasons. Firstly, the surrounding area was deprived with half the buildings either boarded up or in disrepair. Secondly, having a 'seaview' and being a 'boutique' hotel is debatable, but definitely not from the outward appearance of the property. It was scruffy and needed maintenance to the paintwork and front door. Thirdly, to be made to stand outside ringing a bell for 30 minutes is unacceptable and shows poor customer service. The decision was made...

"We arrived to a very warm welcome. Staff are absolutely lovely. Parking if you have a large car, not so easy but we got there in the end."

"The room was not fit for paying customers. Loose wires, peeling wallpapers, filthiest place I've ever seen. Landlord did not care at all how it looked or how he looked. The view was good and pet friendly. "
