"From the moment arrived until I left the staff the service was impeccable and cant rate highly enough. The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. Obviously not all was perfect, signs of wear etc, but nothing that you wouldn't find in any establishment. 100% will stay again. Brilliant, sets a standard all should adhere too. Couldnt use two of the pillows as they smelt mouldy and were dirty cases Our room (101) came with two keys, one for room and one for front door which was explained, however our door couldnt lock. I phoned Kelly and she explained she would come and check it out within 10 mins. Upon arriving back at hotel having been out all day, our room was still unlocked.
